The Report?

After the inspection, we produce a computer generated report for the complete business inspection. The report includes a detailed analysis of the building, digital photographs for visual display of significant problem areas, and general maintenance tips.

  • Detailed report which can be referenced in listings and on feature sheets.
  • Additional articles relevant to information contained in the report (i.e. removing mold, reducing heat loss).
  • Colour hard copy for all business partners.
  • A recall check on appliances and HVAC systems.

Why get Inspected?

Large investments require informed decisions, hiring an unbiased, third-party inspector ensures that the building inspection does what it’s meant to do – protect you.

  • Alerts you of any deficiencies or safety issues.
  • Ranks and prioritizes any deficiencies.
  • Provide tips and recommendations for correcting deficiencies.
  • Assist in acquiring financing and insurance.

Thermal Imaging:

Thermographic imaging cameras detect temperature variations related to heat and moisture along building surfaces. Anything with a temperature above absolute zero emits heat. A thermal camera is able to detect this heat and create a thermal image based on that information.

Thermographic imaging cameras can detect serious problems the naked eye can’t see, such as:

  • Plumbing leaks
  • Air duct leaks
  • Moisture intrusion
  • Inadequate or non-existent insulation
  • Heating and cooling losses
  • Abnormal heat from an appliance or
    electrical system
  • Unwanted animals
  • Poor construction
